How is the Hoole Acupuncture Clinic keeping me as safe as possible?

During June we are making important changes to the clinic's infrastructure and how we manage your appointments. We expect to be open again in late June or early July. We will be doing all we can to keep staff and customers safe by installing screens,  changing to wipe clean surfaces,  adding ventilation and air purification systems, social distancing measures and additional hand cleaning facilities and new customer treatment processes. Please also read the safety notices in the clinic and make use of the hand sanitizer stations.

So how do I book an appointment?   

Just as with most services during and post Covid19 appointments at the Hoole Acupuncture Clinic will have well spaced and specific slots for treatment. Due to limited available slots all appointments will have to be pre-booked by text or by telephone booking on (07906 812995) or asking for a call back

After you have made an Appointment you will also be asked to submit your patient details online if possible to save time and reduce face to face contact at the clinic. (Submit Here)   

Please DO NOT attend the clinic without an appointment or submitting your patient details form and please be punctual to avoid other patients and to allow time for cleaning before and after appointments.

Step 2: I will send you a link for new patient registration / health history and a Covid19 consent form. Please complete and return before the telephone consultation to help me understand your condition.  (You will only need to this the first time). Click Here for Link

Please Note: It is important to be punctual to avoid contact with other patients and to allow time for cleaning between patients.  (It is also important that you give at least 24HRS notice if you are unable to make this appointments or you may still be charged ).

Can you treat Coronavirus or Colds?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to treat flu or cold symptoms and we are currently only treating non-viral illnessess and injuries. Please do not book an appointment if you have a high fever and persistent cough or are generally unwell. 

What kind of treatments are your currently providing?

We will continue to provide most of our well regarded treatments for pain, headaches, stress, depression, tinitus, tennis elbow, morning sickness, fetility, back pain, bells palsy, arthritis, neuralgia, skin conditions and all other such conditions.
